With nearly 30 years of experience in land negotiation, Rebekah has developed a deep understanding of regional Western Australia, where she has both lived and worked. Her longstanding volunteer commitment to St John Ambulance over the past 20 years underscores her dedication to community service and emergency response.

In her professional career, Rebekah has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams. She has successfully implemented strategic changes that enhance operational efficiency and promote knowledge sharing through technological advancements. Her leadership in restructuring teams has facilitated business expansion into new global jurisdictions. Rebekah is known for her lateral thinking, achieving results by assessing information against knowledge and insight, and bringing a practical perspective and positive energy to informed discussions.

Her interests align closely with the health, community, and mining sectors, particularly organizations with a strong focus on mental health. Rebekah is also deeply committed to advocating for and supporting women, especially those who have migrated to Australia and require assistance and connection to build better lives
