Daniela: Meet our Enterprise Coordinator

Daniela is originally from Colombia, a beautiful and diverse country that has shaped her warm, community-focused personality.
She speaks Spanish at home and uses English in her work and studies. Daniela works in the NDIS sector as a support worker and also provides support in aged care. She has completed a Diploma in Community Services and is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at ECU Joondalup.
Alongside her work and studies, Daniela contributes to Sister Project’s domestic cleaning social enterprise, where she helps design training, safety procedures and simple-English learning materials for women from multicultural backgrounds.

For Daniela, Sister Project is about creating real opportunities for women, building confidence, learning new skills and providing a safe and supportive place to grow.
She especially enjoys creating simple, visual training materials that help women with limited English feel capable, proud and ready for work.
